Triathletes, time to get a baseline time for 750m (Sprint Triathlon).
How to perform the time trial:
- Do the Warm-Up 1 (All warm-ups here)
- Swim the 750m distance of a Sprint Tri and take your time.
- Cool Down for 400 yards until heart rate is all the way to normal.
We will use this time as a baseline to measure your improvements as we progress!
